Baby Blue; Our proprietary red blend is made in an approachable style that is simply delicious on release. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot and Malbec. It is 100% Estate fruit and it is a fantastic value.

Blue Rock Cabernet Sauvignon; Blue Rock is our flagship Cabernet Sauvignon based wine. It is a blend of several mature blocks and may include small amounts of Merlot, Cab Franc, Malbec or Petit Verdot.

Best Barrels; Best Barrels is just what it sounds like. Every year, prior to bottling, Nick and I taste every barrel in order to determine the quality. If we discover something that is truly unique and special we will bottle it separately. As a result, Best Barrels is limited to a handful of cases and could be a varietal other than Cabernet Sauvignon. We insist on the “WOW” factor and Best Barrels is typically deep, dramatic, and special.
