Blue Rock Wine Dinner, Friday, March 22nd – 6:30pm

A MESSAGE FROM BLUE ROCK; “We make only small quantities of affordable, luxury Estate wines exclusively from our sustainable 100 acre hillside vineyard in Alexander Valley, Sonoma. We make 3 quality levels of Cabernet Sauvignon and a tiny amount of Syrah.”

Welcome featuring Carpene Prosecco

Piadina Caprese; Toasted Flatbread, Beefsteak Tomato, House Made Mozzarella di Latte, Fresh Basil

Insalate di Broccoli; Fresh Broccoli, Olive Oil and Garlic

Involtini di Bresaola; Rolled cured Beef with Goat Cheese

Baby Blue; Our proprietary red blend is made in an approachable style that is simply delicious on release. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot and Malbec. It is 100% Estate fruit and it is a fantastic value.

Primi Piatte

Spaghetti Ai Vongole; Spaghetti Pasta, Baby Clams, Tomato Broth, Spicy Calabrese Peppers

Blue Rock Cabernet Sauvignon; Blue Rock is our flagship Cabernet Sauvignon based wine. It is a blend of several mature blocks and may include small amounts of Merlot, Cab Franc, Malbec or Petit Verdot.

Ossobuco Picolino; Petite Braised Veal Shank, Potato Tomato Strata

Best Barrels; Best Barrels is just what it sounds like. Every year, prior to bottling, Nick and I taste every barrel in order to determine the quality. If we discover something that is truly unique and special we will bottle it separately. As a result, Best Barrels is limited to a handful of cases and could be a varietal other than Cabernet Sauvignon. We insist on the “WOW” factor and Best Barrels is typically deep, dramatic, and special.

Torta Di  Cioccolato; Warm Molten Center Chocolate Cake, Topped with Italian Ice Cream

$75.00 per person plus tax and gratuity
